Fitness and Wellness

Well, this past few weeks, I've been into the "healthier" side. I started to have a diet, which is very hard for me since I am used to eat our staple food which is rice. Currently I am just taking oatmeal with fried meat and fruit every meal and I do jogging every weekends. I just want to ask if you can suggest me a program or a diet in which I can have my belly to become sort of a flat (my waist line is 35 btw) but not with the six pack thingy, and also can you share some songs which I can listen every time I do jogging? Thank you very much.

Easy. Start a dunk thread right here in General Talk section. And make sure to video/pic update on weekly basis. We've had success in the past especially recently with j... Anyway you also get nice critiques from fellow forum members who think they're vastly better than each other, so it helps, both for motivational purpose and mental stress wise which is great because you lose appetite for food.
