ESPN NBA and NHL 2005 will both be $19.99 just like NFL 2k5 is. NBA will start shipping 10/19 and NHL will start shipping 9/7.

Stupid Sega. That must really feel bad about their series of games. (N) This sounds like a white flag to me.

ALL HAIL EA SPORTS!!!

Lets see Madden get a 9.4 rating from IGN. Shit, the game doesn't even come out yet. They're clearly about to rush the release now, leading to a glitchy video game.

ESPN Nfl 2k5 shipped 2 weeks before madden at less than half price. I wonder if the rest of the series will be like that. I'll probably pick up NFL 2k5, since it's about the same price of 2 weeks worth of game rentals.

For 20 Dollars you might as well buy it to try it. For 5 bucks per rental you could pay 1/4 of the game

Now that's screwed up but my friend is buying ESPN 2K5 today and I am going to try it.

I already bought and i'm pretty impressed by it. Yea, there's a few things that could be changed but that's the way it is with any game. The sportscenter part is awesome. One thing that could be changed is if you're up like 33-0 in the 4th qtr with 1:30 left in the game, the computer will use their timeouts. The amount of possibilities with franchise mode is great, changing stadium music and weekly workouts are for the diehard fans.

Basically the point is for $20 you just can't go wrong and it may be better then madden this year.

after looking at nfl 2k5 they will compete with madden and i hate espn games, but this year their football game is just too good. what im going to do is buy nfl 2k5 this weekend since its only $19.99! then when madden comes out im gonna buy a used version of madden because the place i buy it at sell great used games. they have a 90 day return fee on it. so im probably going to keep both of them. then i will be nba street vol.3 , nba live 05, grand theft auto san andreas, midnight club (dubz edition), tekken 5 and a few more games.

Sega did it to try to take some sales away from EA, but when the people buy their games and try it, they'll realize that it was all a big waste of money and Sega will lose their customers forever...
