damn man, how fckin short is your wingspan, your arms ??? you must have t-rex arms if you can't throw down
and you're aiming for a 38" vertical already ?? that's aiming REALLY high according to your body specifications.... because if you're 6'4 with a normal wingspan and you still can't dunk, your vertical right now is roughly, shieeeeeeeeeet I don't know too lazy to do the math, but I'm roughly something like 15" lol, and you're aiming for 38" ??
damn son, all the best to you, I hate to be negative but I have to tell it to you like it is, because you need to set realistic goals for yourself, that's the only way you'll see the proper results.... but if you wanna dream away, I mean it's your life brah

Your core is very important to your jumping as well. Don't do the exercises on hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt. Hardwood floors are ok, but I suggest doing it on grass.

Jesus, 38 inches? I think that's more than Blake Griffin's vertical. Working it out, if I had a 38 inch vertical (say I'm 5'8 in shoes and my standing reach is roughly 7'7-7'8, I have long ass arms), my maximum jumping reach would be pushing 11 feet. Think about how ridiculous that is.AMenace wrote:I'm currently training for vertical jump unlike Jaosming, and have a goal to get at least a 38" vertical jump by the end of the year.

Dude, do you realize how scary a 45-inch vertical on a 6'10 guy would be???Qballer wrote:38 inches? I think that's more than Blake Griffin's vertical.
