NFL Madden 08

Hey whats up guys
Im here just trying out some stuff on Madden 08 for the PC
and i have a few questions,I wanted to know if there is a way to patch madden 08 the way we do here with nba live 08.
I been testing out a patch from a member from another site,but the problem is i have to use TexMod for the patch to work.These files come in .tpf format.What i wanted to know is do i have to use this TexMod program or can we just put the patch where they are supposed to go like we do in nba live sgsm folder.
Or is it another way to use the patch without using the TexMod program.This patch will not work properly using TexMod it has jerseys and stadium and general equipment files but when i load them into TexMod and run the game thru TexMod it hangs for awhile and then crashes.The patcher stated that i shouldnt load up all of the stadium files at once but load them one by one which would be a problem if im trying to start a season as i have to run the game thru this.
To be simple all i want to know is there a way i can patch Madden 08 permanently like we use for the SGSM folder for Live 08?Im sure its some smart guys here that can help me out.

and the second i've been back and forward looking for information
its hardly anybody even on the first site or else i would have figured it all out by now..llol
Im pretty interested in this as i've read on this forum that Texmod can be used for Nba Live series
stating that we could use 1024x1024 jerseys etc.But it crashes on me when i get everything i want to use into that program as if it cant handle a certain number of files..But i would like to use this for Live 08 as well.
