My best posterize must be about a month ago, 1 guy from my team is 2.05 Meters and I dunked on him ala Ruben Patterson on Yao Ming last year, I also did the same with 1 hand on him

I can't dunk on 10 foot hoops. If I put the hoop at 7.5 feet there's nobody I can't dunk on. Everything inbetween is boring. I've dunked on 6-footers before, but I've never played anyone taller than about 6'3. I'm 5'7, but not short - I'm not 14 yet...

ive had a few sick dunks

ive dunked on 6'2 guy with hops tryin to block me he fell on his ass i was 6'5 at the time so it wasnt so uneven.

i thrown down a few 360 alley oops
a hell of alot of off the bounce 360's 1-2 hands
a game winning tip jam in streetball game when it was fairly dark
ive dunked on my friend who's 6'5 and well over 120kg's and when he used to be 135kg's

2 dunks ive nearly got

off the bounce windmills 1-2 bout 4 times i got real close to puttin it down
and off the backboard 360 at and 1 tournement ( was my 1st attempt at it on 10 foot ring and had broken my right hand a few weeks b4 tournement) i just missed the ball off the bounce by a few inches if i caught it i may haver been able to finish it

btw im 6'7 now so i aint bsin anyone

edit: i almost forgot my 1st game dunk in proper competition level got a full court pass after oppersition had 3 free throws with 7.1 seconds left to throw down dunk to send game in OT.

I can't dunk, I'm only 5'5" tall, but my brother is 5'8" and I've seen him dunk before on a 10' rim. Its hard for him to palm the ball though. He was able to grab a 10' rim when he was 5'7" tall. I can get to about the middle of the nets but I used to be able to smack the backboard before I gained weight. My goal is to be able to grab the rim by the end of the summer since I now work out regularly and starting to slim down some. I've also started a plyometrics program to gain some added hops. I'm a pretty good basketball player for my height but if I can get some hops I'm definitely going to try some type of league basketball to hone my skills.

I can't dunk on 10 foot rims since I'm 5'6'', but I've dunked on 9 foot rims already (Y)

and on 8'10'' rims I can do 360s, windmills and reverses, but I have pretty small hands too so they look kinda goofy.

I'm doing Air Alert this summer so I could be able to dunk on 10 foot rims in the future since I can soon grab the rim.

I'm 15, white, and 5'7'', so those are my weakness's. I can dunk 9' 90% of the time, reverses and double pumps on 8'5'', and 360's and windmills on 8'. I have absolutley tiny hands which makes dunking a lot harder. When dunking 9' the ball comes out of my hand a lot which is why I can't consistently do it. I can do a one handed 360 on 8' hoop, that's probably my nicest dunk.

I guess it's not really a slam (can't dunk yet) but I threw the ball at the backboard, caught it in mid-air, and did a 2 hand windmill layup (after about 10 tries). I'm about 5'10", and like 1 and a half inches from being able to touch the rim. I don't do any special workouts or anything like that.

I can do a 2 handed dunk and a reverse one handed dunk. Nothing special because I just got back from a foot injury :wink:

I'm 5'8 and cant dunk. I'm gonna dunk by next year, hopefully. I've started air alert 3 and I plan on dunking on my PE teacher.

Back in year 10, i was about 5'6 ???? i think.
prolly 5'5 i was 15.
anyway playing a school game wit ha 8 foot rim, this guy who was majorly overgrown, he was about 6'4 6'5??
hes about 6'7 now.
anyway hes not the best player but htes the tallest ive dunked on, a big kobe like facial

Yeah I'm starting Air Alert 2 tomorrow. The varsity basketball coach is like 6'8", I saw him play before, but he never dunked (he said it's because he's white.. :roll:

).

I remember back in February I was on this multi day trip, and one of the chaperones was going to give me a cookie if I could dunk (there was a bball court where everybody was staying)... if only I heard of AA sooner... :cry:

Whoa! My varsity coach is 6'7" or 6'8" and I've never seen him dunk because he's white!
