I read in rules that it's not allowed to post CD/Serial key etc. but I'm wondering if I'm allowed to sell here? I was going to sell my NBA 2K12 Amazon digital copy with my account since I don't play online anyway.

I suppose that would be fine. Just complete the transaction and exchange of information privately and keep in mind that the NLSC does not take any responsibility in the matter, so if there are any issues you'll just have to work it out between yourselves.
