SQL nba players file ?

I am thinking of building a project, but for that i need sort of a xml or sql file that would hold all NBA players with the overall rating and their stats that make the overall rating.. I was wondering if this file could be exported from nba2k12.. and maybe there's a program out there that can convert it to excel or something that a database could read.. Thank you.

It could probably be done now that the new REDitor II has been released.
