Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

HereI couldn't fit the entire title into the subject line (The 50 most brilliant, obnoxious, or delightfully sociopathic Facebook posts of 2011), but I found most of them pretty funny. Amongst my favourites are "Where I'd Rather Be!", "Collage Girls", the Lincoln statuses and the Cab Driver one.

I've seen some of both of those before 2011. Some before 2010.
I left a passive aggressive comment on my thefacebook in response.
On the site in the OP there's a 50 funniest tweets list and about 45 of them aren't even halfway to half funny. And it somehow missed TV's Andy Levy's historic tweet. And apparently they had never heard the "you're next" wedding/funeral joke before this year. Yet another reason to ban Jae from life for his lack of sense of humor.

Those were all pretty good. The vegan one definitely deserved the special mention.

I have to say that generally my least favourite ones are when someone's friend writes "I'm gay" when someone forgets to log out. I've seen it so many times on my feed, it's just getting ridiculous.
This one is probably my favourite on the whole list:

It kind of annoys me when drunk people try to pick fights with cab drivers. Whether or not they're trying to rip you off, in the end they're doing you a service when there are very few alternatives... and you could always just walk home if you want. If I had to deal with that many douchebags in the job I had, I'd probably feel inclined to up the rate myself.

Yeah, you see that from time to time and it's getting stale.
Good on that taxi driver, but I wonder whether the guy could actually have him charged with theft or something in return, as he probably doesn't have the authority to confiscate the phone and certainly not the right to pose as him on Facebook (as it could be argued, flimsy as it may be). Hopefully he just sucked it up though, apologised and paid the fare so he could get his phone back.

The stupidest part is that then, with full ability to delete it once they get back on their account, these people don't. They instead opt to comment on it. What the hell?

I suppose when it's done by friends they just roll with the punches with a "You got me, you bastard" kind of response and move on but yeah, seems like the thing you'd just delete to put an end to the nonsense.
