Yep, same voice, different character. The voice has been given to various one shot characters throughout the series though there's one character design that's been used the most.

Anybody know where I can dl simpsons episodes via bittorrent or IRC? Preferrably in rm format since the compression is better. I don't think this would constitute a violation of the rules here because anybody can record simpsons episodes for home use. It's not like we are profitting off the series if they are being distrubuted free. Anyways I'm looking for a site similar to this but for simpsons...
