The Debate Thread: Creationism/Intelligent Design/Evolution

People asked for a poll, so there's one. Defend it in the thread or else other people might vote wrong. Even worse, they might continue to believe their kooky theories.

I mean, it's absurd that someone thinks life has come to exist in the way they think isn't it? Aren't the facts clear?

I am torn between Intelligent Design and Creation because I find them the same.

Well, they aren't. At least that's what the Intelligent Designers claim.

Creation: God made everything once, and it's the same today.
ID: God made a bunch of stuff and then evolved it into what we have today.

Add more options. The universe is probably some large organism that is our host, with it being god or the big bang being conception between it's parents.
Belief is just used to substitute for the lack of a proven fact.
I wouldn't use the word intelligent or the word design. What kind of narcissistic person thinks that everything was created for us?

A combination of the first two imo. God created us, put us here, and let us fend for ourselves (survival of the fittest) while he sits back and lulz. He takes us away from this world whenever he wants.

Evolution, clearly. I don't rule out the existence of a god though, but if there is one to me he's just a creator of the universe and doesn't give a shit about us human beings.
