Changes to NLSC Forum & Downloads Section

We've reorganised a few sections of the NLSC Forum to reduce clutter on the index page and also removed a few sections that had become redundant. NBA & Basketball Gaming Central has been merged with Current Games, the NBA Live PC Project section has been merged back into the main NBA Live 06 section and we've reordered the Previous games section to give more visibility to the NBA 2K sections. Similarly, we've reordered the categories in our Downloads section to give more visibility to the NBA 2K sections.

We hope that the changes will improve the presentation of the Forum and Downloads section and make browsing them a little easier.
