Cold cuts.. Yummm!

Figures Doobie would make a food thread, but I'm on my way to the local market to pick up some pastrami and swiss cheese for a sandwhich that I will make for dinner tonight. What are your favorite cold cuts? Any favorite combinations?

As for mine....
Cheeses - Cheddar, Swiss, Buffalo Cheddar, Mozerella, and Muenster. I hate provolone cheese when it's by itself, and I also dislike american cheese. I eat American cheese when it's my only option.

Meats - Honey Ham, Italian Roast Beef, Pastrami, Buffalo chicken, Honey Turkey, Black pepper ham, Sandwhich Pepperoni, Capicolla.

i like all cheeses but mainly I go for american

avocado + anything is how I roll. I usually get chicken or turkey but lately I've been getting this Olive Loaf stuff which is damn amazing. It's bologna with whole green olives in it, awesome.

Can any American tell me what's up with that crappy orange jack cheese that they try to put on everything? I found that when I was over there about 5 years back.

Cheez Whiz? Used to like it as a kid, can't stand it now.

i can't stand cheese whiz and i hate it when they put it on philly cheesesteaks. i love provolone and other white cheeses. i can do orange cheeses in moderation. cheddar is okay on some stuff

i love honey ham, honey turkey, black forest ham, anything sweet
