Fall Premieres.

We have the whole "rank the show" thread, but since I was going through a number of new shows along with old ones, just have a thread for new shows I guess instead of making multiple ones.

So far, the FX ones were a week early so I included both episodes, HK and Top Chef got two episodes as well but I just combined them since it's reality:

New:
Terriers: 3/5 (1st) 4/5 (2nd)
Top Chef Just Desserts: 3/5 (lol)
Running Wilde: 2/5 (some potential)
Raising Hope: 5/5
Outsourced: 2/5 (also potential)

Returning:
Hell's Kitchen: 4/5 (May potentially be the best season ever.)
It's Always Sunny with Philadelphia: 3/5 (1st) 4/5 (2nd)
The League: 3/5 (1st) 3/5 (2nd)
Castle: 4/5
Community: 2/5
The Office: 4/5

Running Wilde might get ditched, but the pilot was all setup so it'll have a couple weeks of chance. I mean, I watched Hank until it got yanked.

Raising Hope is the best new show of the season so far, will probably be the best comedy easily, I mean it's Greg Garcia, and even dropped an Earl reference in the first five minutes.

Will post more despite everyones disinterest and increasing displeasantness and anger as I work through all the crap I backlogged from a single week.

Raising Hope: 5/5

I'd actually agree with that. I wasn't impressed with the previews at all but gave it a shot anyway, and it was funny as hell.

So I watched Raising Hope. It wasn't bad but I think I'd get bored with it very quickly. It's still got 3 minutes left to go as I type this, which is indicative of how it lost my attention at some point. I loved the first 15 minutes but once he got the baby it got a bit boring. Lots of potential with the supermarket girl, she needs to be in it more. No laugh out loud moments unfortunately, don't think I'll keep watching.

She will be.

But she makes me miss The Riches almost as much as Kenny being the boss at the supermarket and all the little in-jokes made me miss Earl.

I was thinking about the same for the premiere, but the end of the episode(where Jax beats the crap out of that guy who did the drive-by) made me think it deserved an extra 1/2 to a star

anybody watch "shit($#*!) my dad says"? i thought the twitter account was really funny but it's hard to do a whole 30 min sitcom based on one-liners. the one at the dmv was the highlight of the show
