Just wiki'd. Never knew what her name was nor the fact the she's Sarandon's daughter. Interesting. The face is ok for me. Reminds me of Penny from The Big Bang Theory but the rack is great.

Yeah I didn't know until I looked it up after her first appearance. I haven't seen any of the other stuff she's been in, except the episode of Friends she apparently made an uncredited appearance in alongside her mother and I don't remember her being in it (it's been a while since I've seen that ep though).

Just marathoned over the past day and a half to catch up on the season. Andrew you weren't the only one enjoying the season, i just dont watch week to week because i hate not being able to keep going on a show. I honestly felt like this was the weakest season of the three. For me the great part about this show: while it was a little farfetched: it was very real: Hank, Karen, Becca and everyone else acted as real life people in these situations would act. This season with Jill/Jackie/Felicia...they took it all a little too well. That luncheon episode was fucking terrible till the fight with bates/Dean koontz. The show was trying to be something it wasnt for too many episodes this season. Now the last episode? thats what this season should've been. Hank's destructive tendencies put him in over his head and he's trying not to drown.

I love the show and i'm glad its getting picked up for a fourth season..i just thought this season seemed to not ever have a clear focus and weren't really building from show to show but just telling fluff stories. There was little to no development of any of the characters until the last episode or so.

And honestly: if any of those women wanted me? I'd do it too if i wasnt otherwise involved. Especially Eva Amurri: i've thought she was hot since Saved!

That's a fair call, I was expecting more of a blow-up with Jill, Jackie and Felicia especially when Karen came back on the scene. However, they were all enjoying making Hank squirm during the luncheon episode which was realistic, though I agree the fight made that ep. There was some character development with Becca and Hank trying to deal with it and as I said before, Hank trying to do the right thing/be with Karen but somehow managing to fuck it up has been a staple of the series. It grounds the character, keeps him a likeable/sympathetic and interesting protagonist and something of an underdog, even if he is effortlessly scoring with a drove of beautiful women.

He was in over his head the whole season, from Karen to Becca to Jill/Jackie/Felicia. Remember the episode that ends with the latter three sitting in his class, leading him to turn and write FUCK on the board? That was great, the start of things really going to hell and a hilarious (without being over the top) reaction by Hank.

he didnt seem that out of control though until the last episode. If you watch episode 12 you'd have no idea there had been issues before it b/w him and karen. The forgiving was too simple. *shrug* i wish they did more than 12 episodes though...im really fascinated by the set up for next season and to me it seems a more...interesting story line that may have longer than 1 episode repercussions. Hell becca went from hellian to divulging secrets to him again after all the craziness came out.

The season was still its usual envelope pushing self, but it gave more one liners than humor from situation/happening/consequences of hank's actions. I like the one liners (hell one of em is my custom title right now) but i just see alot more potential for the show and it wasnt quite up to it this year...

Fair enough. I thought the humour was just fine, the episode that took place entirely at Hank's apartment being a highlight for me. Becca going back and forth between rebellious and trusting of Hank made sense in context and wasn't that unrealistic in my opinion. As for Karen being forgiving, I thought the whole point was that she had decided to accpet Hank for who he was, flaws and all, history aside. Seeing them bicker or half-bicker through each episode as was the case in Season 1 and Season 2 to an extent was getting old, though the whole thing with Mia is something new and obviously in the cards since the pilot.

Isn't that basically how he's been from day one though? Destructive yet still somewhat well-meaning through it all? If the character was simply just a sleaze, I don't think he'd be half as interesting or entertaining.

i mean i like the episodes where he is blowing up, not trying to bring it back together you know?
