Worth noting that it doesn't appear to be alcohol related, perhaps it was fatigue related or there was a mechanical fault with his SUV (brakes failing, for example). Whatever the case may be, I'm sure it will be dealt with after further investigation; it's a good thing he doesn't appear to be seriously injured though if he blacked out for a moment leading to the accident, that might be a worrying sign of a more serious medical problem.
