i don't really know, but, after that incident, i don't plan on getting anything there again. it seemed that they almost don't care. with high selling-prices, they should really improve their services.

Yesterday the fan was running inconsistently, slow at times then runs back at its real speed. Before I have it pulled out from the unit, the video card's fan is turning real slow, and the solders on the card are damn hot, so we can assume that the chips on the card are hot as well.
