NBA Insidedrive 2000 (pc)

Have anyone played this classic? Any other game haven't impressed me like this one did. U all say that live 2000 was good sim, but actually ID2000 made a live hater of me for quite few years. It came out at the beginning of 2000 and i played till live 2003 came out. And never got tired of it. The craphics went out of date, but the gameplay was very sweet and after playing it for two years - u could still find new stuff during the gameplay (dunk u never seen before, some comment or some excitment in the gameplay). Sad that microsoft went to X-box with this product. It would be good competitor for live now.
So if anyone still has it - what are the latest rosters u have?

I have it but I don't use it anymore. It was good, and it came out during the Summer before Live 2000 came out. It had great gameplay for it's time. You could save balls out of bounds and other things that you couldn't do in Live.

Speak of the devil! I played it for the first time last Sunday. :D
It's fun stuff, but the gameplay gets a little repiditive. and it's easy as fuck to win. but fun. Imagine how good ID04 will be... :o

Yes I played it when it came out. Lots of fun, but so easy. Err, give it to TD, watch him dominate and make teh lay-in...

Heck, give it to Avery Johnson and he'll dominate.

I really liked the commentators, Kevin Calabro and Marques Johnson. I always thought that the Inside Drive series had the best commentating.

I actually played ID2000 the other day. I wish EA would copy a lot of it. The ratings are awesome, and in the strategy you can do things like have guys front the post or back it...amazing stuff.

The commentary is truly awesome, I love when they sing. Now on Xbox they have The Jet in there, haven't heard it however. I did play 2002 and 2003 however, and they were like 2000 just with better graphics.

Oh, and remember, ID2000 was the first game released with authentic arenas. What a great game.

I have a roster from a couple years back along with some patches. I could send those over or set them up on nbalive.org if anyone wants them.
