Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

In all your schooling really, high school, college, etc.
You've all had math or maths for our afflicted friends (the hat money WILL find a cure), and maybe even stats.
But how many have had logic? Especially formal/symbolic logic?
If you ask "what's that?" I respond, take a look at these pages (at least), does any of it (start from 15 and work back) look familiar:

Most memorable of my logic class was when the professor told the class that Steve Nash had been voted the MVP. Quite shocking really.
And then he used Nash as an example in the lesson to which I forgot.
Also losing my required to be type written term paper due to usb failure (and forgetting to send a backup file to my e-mail, it was the dark ages then) so I had to rewrite it with the 3 hours I had left before class. Changed some of the examples to be basketball related so the professor would consider it despite being handwritten and not following instructions. Got maybe a C+ or B- in your oppressive letter based grading system.
Hated the logical operators (Lesson 4), can't seem to get used to them to relate to their functions. Would have been easier to use symbols that are easy to recognize, say the Batman symbol, instead of some stupid lines. Used to have a handy table just to know which stupid line symbol is used for what. I was more concerned of forgetting the logical operators than the contents of the exam since the table isn't allowed. Stupid lines. Only the ampersand made sense.
