Summer Vacation

I've got a question for u guys, when is ur summer vacation(the dates of beginning and ending) and other vacations(like christmas vacation), cuz i've come to the impression that over here we got loooots of vacation compared to some other countries, also there is a difference between college and high school. If there is nothing mentioned the vacation is for both, here are my vacations(im in college, no longer high school) :
-summer : 1sth july - 1september(high school)/ 22th september(college,it can be different a couple of days from year to year)
- in high school : a whole week somewhere in october
- christmas vacation : two weeks which include christmas and new year (but in college there's only time to study and almost no time to go out
)
- in college : the first week of february(after my exams who begin somewhere around 6january and last until 31th jan)
- in high school a week at the end of february
- two weeks of easter vacation(again to study if u are in college)
thats about it, there are also some holidays and stuff but i left them out cuz it would be too detailed, but if u add it all up well u could say we have about 4months of vacation

uh.. i am not 100% sure of highschool since i am entering it this year but last year i had:
summer vacation: june 26th-about september 3rd
a few pro-d days here and there(about 3 in the school year)
christmas break: the last friday before christmas(21st december this year) - januray 6th or something....(the monday in the second week of the new year)
spring break: i think it is in april for 2 weeks
easter holidays- easter monday is off
good friday is off
and that is all i can think of....

Last 3 weeks of July: uni break
From like December 20th to March 1st: uni vacation
Another uni break: a week in October & another in April or May

I seem to get plenty... of vacation at Uni. Summer vacation is from early November till early March, so roughly 4 months. 
Between sememsters there is also a break which goes for roughly 6 weeks, between june and july. There is also a mid-semester break for every semester, it goes for one week. One semester is like 13 weeks of classes so it goes by pretty quick, but yeah gotta do all the work within that time...
