Best free host

I need a host for a personal project website, non-nba live related. I need at least 25mb of space, mySQL and php-scripting and FTP uploading. Suggestions?

Yup, Lycos is definately one of the best!
Other free hosts are Geocities, Web1000, Hostultra etc.

is it just me or I just can't find a free account signup on lycos these days...

Lycos sucks. 
I'm having so much trouble with links on my site...it's unreliable...too many adds...you have to upload through the web-installed software...there are some good thing about it...but overall...it really sucks.
