Bad. Horrible. Atrocious. Horrendous. Awful.

the top one is horrid, nothings readable, badly cut and badly selected pictures, effect usage for no reason etc.

The 2nd one while simple isnt bad and serves its purpose

Oz is pretty right.
The second one is not that bad,while the top one is horrible.

i got scared of those walls, uhhh!!!!

Odd looking walla papers... Second one actually is a better looker but seems to be in a low resolution...

you didnt use brushes on that? How'd you get the lightning and some of the other stuff there? Just because its not the 'classic' idea of a brush doesnt make it not a brush That said, that one you did is getting better. The one before some of your letters are really hard to read. Also, thats the most awkward pose ive seen in a long time. Also, did you cut his hair like that? Is there a way human hair can grow like that? i really dont think there is...

It's pretty easy to evolve. Ever think of doing stuff thats not Manu?

the background are clouds, but distorted with whirlpool effect, the rays of the following:

1 - Apply a black and white gradient
2 - go to Filter> Render> Difference Clouds
3 - Inviertur colors. Hitting Ctrl + L and move the triangle to the right, until lightning. you will notice easily.
4 - press CTRL + U and click Colorize and triangles choose the color you want
5- Ah! then, apply "lighten" (I remember well)

Manu gave him a golden skin layer and the letters you apply the wind effect

PD: was thinking of doing some work with Steve Nash, for a change of scenery. jaja

This one looks not that bad,pretty solid.
I'm pretty tired of seeing Manu though.

The shape of his head is weird as hell.

head shapes off, bodys not right proportions etc.
Dont get me wrong: i couldnt do better with hand drawing him...but it looks like wade and lean had a baby

yeah you really need to work on your cutting or find better render's. Good other than that. Since when did nash have a mullet?
