NCAA Basketball 2009 - EA: PS3

I'm looking at ebay and notice people are selling roosters too.

Does the game generate names for the following seasons?

I can live with "Great shot by #30" for the first year. The second year, the game can generate new names for me. Or I can go and edit it myself.

Is this still true?
