basketball simulators for the PC

I was wondering if anyone here could suggest any good basketball simulators that use real NBA rosters. I am looking for a game that will allow me to create my own teams and rosters and what not and allow me to run the league the way I want. I am not looking for an online league but a league that I can run on my pc and run it my way. If anyone could help, I would be very grateful.

There aren't really any good ones. There are passable ones. Season Ticket Basketball is one we once used for a sim league.

If Jae was still around he'd be able to give a lot more names, I think he was still playing and using Season Ticket Basketball recently.
