Thats Chris Taylor from the Chaser. Yeah, this is very funny. But it's been around for a while.

It was in the Chaser's War on Everything in around about March/April.

i didnt find that very funny, but im sure alot of primary school kids learnt a new word before school that morning

Fuck, although one of my favorite words, you can tell in that vid he only said it to get a reaction of people therefore it is not funny. But it is one of the most versatile words in the english language as can be seen in this cartoon
