Help with my PC.

I have a couple question, hopefully someone can help. I have been trying to setup my PC so i can play games and use an alternate monitor. In this case i want to use my TV. Now i got it to work, through the S-video cable. But whenever i want to use it i have to make my TV the primary monitor instead of my computer monitor. Is there a way i can make them both show the same thing?

Question number two.
I am trying to see if i can set up 2 sets of speakers. One set that surrounds my PC monitor, and one set that surrounds my TV. If you take a look at the pic below, the first three circle pugs have the same symbol, yet only the 3rd one works with my pc speakers. If i plug my speakers into the first two holes i get no sound. But why wont they work if they have the same symbol? Is there a way i can go into my contol panel and get those to work too?

I think there's programs where you can switch to 'TV mode' (or whatever you wanna call it) whenever you want to watch something on it. A friend of mine has a similar thing, and I remember him using some sort of program whenever we were to watch 'Trailer Park Boys' on his TV from his computer.

And why not just plug in the speakers to the TV instead of the computer?
