Where are you from?

Maybe this thread is total waste (in that case just delete it), but since not everybody has given a location that reflects his current place of residence (such as me), I thought it would be fine to do that in here.

What I mean is where somebody was born, where he was raised, and where he currently lives. Some people will just give one country, of course, but there are also people (again, like me) who spent their lives in different countries. And all that is supposed to be published by the use of flags (Link).

I can't see the flags. Try this for U.S. state flags. But rather use the star-spangled banner, and in brackets give a note to the state.

I used to speak German fluently, but I started forgetting the language while learning English, since it was my 2nd language. I am acually Vietnamese so, so I never spoke German in Canada.
