I used to have aol a long time ago and it took me around a month for them to finally cancel the thing. They an rot in hell.

That representative was a fucking prick and moron, cancel the account damnit. If I was the consumer I would probably threaten lawsuit on AOL's ass if they don't cancel it immediately if the terms of agreement were already fulfilled.
