It's tough to watch an entire game at once. It gets pretty boring, but if you watch like the last 2 or 3 innings, it gets exciting, sometimes.

Being the sports retard I am I watch the full 9 innings. Sad isnt it?

baseball. run around the bases... get all the way around you get a run. 3 balls out and you switch with other team, 4 balls out of the zone = walk, if ball goes over plate and you dont swing, you knock the ball to the side of you behind the lines, and stuff, thats a strike, 3 and your're done. hit the ball over the fence = 1 run if urself, if 2 guys on base, then 3 runs cause gotta add them too. aint that hard.

I rarely watch all 9 innings unless it's an extremely important game or a playoff game. Otherwise I will be asleep for a majority of the game. As I said in the other baseball thread baseball is much more interesting on the radio , where TV announcers aren't there to bore you to sleep.

Oh man!!! Baseball is what I play along with basketball. I got some mad power hittin .585 last year with 4 HR and 55 RBI in 30 games.

The walls are same dimesions as Major League fields though.

yup my last yr in HS i hit 9 HR's and 45 rbi's. then after that summer i started hitting like tony batista and im killing everything. too bad i didnt learn that batting stance in HS i would had a shot at the minors. now im just to busy workin dont have time for baseball unless its a pickup game. during the summer

Baseball is a pretty damn fun game to play and to watch. I go to a few Twins games a year and sometimes even some St. Paul Saints or Minnesota Golden Gopher baseball games. When I watch them on T.V. I tend to do homework or surf the internet while I watch. It's a fun game to just relax and finish up some stuff on the couch while you watch it.

I have been to a few games that were absoutely horrible. I almost feel asleep they were so bad (mostly when Joe Mays pitched) but I have also been to quite a few classic games where you are literally on the edge of your seat all game long. Everyone has a different opinion on it and that's that. What else is there to say?

If you want to know more about baseball strategy and statistics and stuff just watch some games. You'll catch up on it pretty quickly.

Just buy a baseball game like MVP 2005 and you will know all the rules after a while of playing the game.
