I'm not sure which side to takehere.I would say that if her parent dont mind what she is wearing then there shouldnt be an issue, but some parents nowadays are either to young or too retarded to bring up children properly. I guess then I dont really have a problem with them telling her not to wear it, not only because of older guys like Riot and Jackal trying to get their share of the pie, but also because youngsters nowadays are kinda getting outta hand (some are even more perverted than adults).

My school has to deal with this all the time. We have uniforms; kilts for the girls. Kilts must be max 4 inches above the knee. It's a never ending problem.
