Secret Pentagon Cyborg Insects In Development

The Pentagon's defence scientists want to create an army of cyber-insects that can be remotely controlled to check out explosives and send transmissions.

The idea is to insert micro-systems at the pupa stage, when the insects can integrate them into their body, so they can be remotely controlled later.

That would make a good plot for one of those mediocre horror movies about the typical cliched "an expirement gone wrong" type of movie.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe with that release, it'll make people want to shut down this experiment.

It's not quite as strange as their chemical weapon that would kill only men.
