I dont think EA wants to improve Live A LOT each yearm because the year after, they won't have anything to add to it. So they take a small step eachtime, adding 1or 2 new features to the game each year and purposly puting in bugs so the year after they can fix it.

I was under the impression that EA are only allowed to release a Street game every three years, as theres other games like it or something and they alternate.
