Anyone what the best way to use one of these is?
If you don't know what I'm talking about, its one of those things that has springs attached in the middle and you pull it across your chest, it's supposed to be really good for pectoral muscles... but whats the best way to get results?

i do incline, decline, flat bench and pushups and it works wonders
depends what you're aiming for i guess, if you want a big chest do primarily incline and flat bench.. heavier weights and less reps. however if you want definition or a toned look do primarily flat bench and decline, with less weights but more reps.. thats what i do. oh, and pushups as well.

Five words:
Stop eating too much cheeseburgers.
That chest pull spring is crap, it does nothing IMO. Vank is right, free weights works wonders. If weights are unavailable try inclined and declined pushups as j.23 suggested. Do at least 20 a everyday if you're too busy. Combine that with shadow boxing and you're set!
