And to top it off, it's a Madden game without Madden. In fact, in a surprising (and refreshing move), there's no sign of Madden or Al Michaels calling the plays. Instead the game is left to a PA announcer and the grunts and groans of action on the field. You'll hear players like Ray Lewis talking trash (again, it's actually Ray's voice), helmets smash, and a biased home-town radio announcer who calls the game with passion.

Crap. They should have recorded it but still given us an option. But the game still looks amazing, I can see where some tweaking could take place, if you look at the screen of Portis, look at the Dallas defenders' bodies. Then look at how authentic the stadium looks in that Vick screen and the one where there's snow on the ground.

I have it pre-ordered already.

Sweet, this just firmed up my confidence in this game. My only question is, will the local announcers sound different for each team? If they are, that will really have been a nice route for Madden to go this year. Hopefully it will keep the game fresh a little longer, not to mention those spectacular graphics.

There also will be no owner mode in this game (360 version).

Is owner mode like Franchise mode? or is it different? I know about superstar mode
