owen to newcastle

owen has finally left real madrid and went to newcastle i think he would of been better off back at liverpool but they didnt offer madrid enough money i hope he dont leave england again cos he will get worse if he does

Shearer, Luque, Owen is even better... they still haven't scored a goal this season, which is just odd.

dont like Owen that much....but it gives Newcastle a shearer like figure to follow up although Owen has really gone down in his abillity after a season with Madrid on the bench.

I was hoping they could sign Coco but he didnt fall through.....

time to start winning....no more draws against Fulham like teams.

He had a great season with Real when he actually got on the field. I think he was 1st or 2nd in the league in goals:game ratio.

owen is a fast and smart player, he is absolutely great for counter-attacks, but it's not like he is one of the top players in the world, nice addition by newcastle anyway.
just one question: can shearer actually run in the field?? or is he playing in a wheelchair?

Owen scored yesterday, they got a 1-0 win.
