Music and Movies

Hey administrators, y don't you make a movie board and a music board under the General Board category. On my website, I'm the admin and I have a music section and I'm gonna add movie section. So please try my request.

There isn't enough convo about those to warrant a section for themapart from the existing general talk. We've talked about this a few times here.
99% of the music talk here anyways is covered by the Rap and R&B thread, and the Rock thread [RIP, ] anyways.

As Colin mentioned, the Music Section has been tried over at dotorg and it doesn't really make sense. Whatever music needs to be discussed can be done in the General Talk as it's done now. How many categories of music do we really discuss? Rap/R&B or Rock. Hardly do we get folks for Country Music orso, but if they had questions they could just as well post it in the General Talk.

About Movies, they can go in General talk given it's General Talk. We did it with the Star Wars movie and that went nicely, besides, we don't really talk about a lot of or every movie we watch, we stick to the big ones or just the ones we really want to discuss. Making a section wouldn't make much sense. Atleast not to me.

As Colin and Jackal have said, there's not enough interest. If we had more movie and music threads I'd consider adding another section.
