downloaded this the other night. looks great. hopefully I can buy one of the new consoles. And I was already planning finally to buy a ps2 then we get bombarded by all these news about next gen stuff

Yea, it's looking pretty damn amazing. If the gameplay is anything like the animations in that video, it'll be awesome.
I wonder if that is how the game actually will look though... I think its renderings (like last years Live screens we got at E³). Look at the jersey... How could any console (even if it's 3,5+ GHz) support such detailed animations on 10 players at once, and also have all the environment looking as great as it does?
Although if it actually will look that great, I doubt that EA will be able to hold it's ground against them this year. I mean Live is looking nice and all, but it's just somewhat updated graphics built upon last year’s game... I guess you could defend Live by saying that it's not fair comparing a PS2 game to a XBox360 game, but the difference from last years version of 2k* is a log bigger than Lives’.
