DVD burning?

Sun Jan 16, 2005 2:59 pm

I have a 106 mb .wmv of Napolean Dynamite that I'm trying to burn to a DVD. Now my computer came with a program called 'MyDVD' from Sonic. I'm using this thing as it lets me add a nifty menu very easily. I open it up set the menu (this happens with leaving the menu alone too) and it says I've still got my 4.7 gigs remaining. But as soon as I add this 106 mb file to the project it suddenly says I've used up 6.7 gb. In other words, it's a stupid piece of shit. Does anyone know any other programs I can use? Or even how to get this steaming, fresh load of a program to work?

Hmm, that's strange. That doesn't make sense, because I think it should work properly. Read the Help files, and maybe you can get a sense of direction. Btw, 106 mb is definitely poor quality for a movie. You could save yourself time and money by saving it to a normal CD.

It's at something like 368*250, and it's a short movie too. I can't put it on a CD because it won't change the fact the program thinks it's a huge file.

you could just burn it on a normal cd as a vcd
