ok so how do i put my fraps videos of nba live footage on this web site? i have them saved in my documents and i have an xp system. anyone know?

use the search button. there are already numerous topics discussing this.
with how much you browse around the forums, i'm sure you would have seen a thread or two about fraps by now......or...maybe you don't even read any posts, you just spam random comments all over the place....it's a theory!
