Need For Speed Underground 2

not sure if anyone else here has it but it is really fun. if you at all liked the first one you have to have this game as it is worlds better. alot of it plays the same but there is just so much more to do now and the gameplay has been tuned to make it more fun. if anyone has it for pc post a pic of your fav car you have. if i ever fiquere out how to put pics into posts i will show my car also.

I've been following this game since they announced they would release part two. I was the one to actually post the news.

I love this game, it's awesome. There's another game I'll have to fork out 60 orso Euro's for.

I loved number 1, will be getting this tommorow can't wait to play it. Are there much new features Sauru ?

and a free roam thing similar to games like "tokyo extreme racer" where you challenge cars on the road and outrun them....

well as for new features. alot of it is the same, there are more cars and a new free drive feature though. also you can have 5 cars now instead of the 1. this also means when you buy a new car it is stock and you have to rebuy all the upgrades for it as the old ones stay on your old car. this actually has caused alot of people to hate the game but i think they are fools personally. right now i am not that far into it cause of gtasa and nba live. i have 2 cars, the first being the mazda i think and the second being the toyota camry. i have unlocked the suv's but they suck. i will only buy 1 for the suv races and thats it.

oh another new feature i love is the outrun races. when you drive around the city you will see other cars. some are basic traffic and some are rival drivers. when you get near a rival driver he will challenge you to a race and if you accept you guys perform the outrun race. basicly the person who gets 1000 feet away from the other first wins. now the comp always starts in the lead and makes the course basicly. you follow him around til either he gets 100 feet infront of you or you pass him. if you pass him you become the leader and you can drive anywhere you want to try and lose him. if you do you win the race. you dont get much money for these, only 100 bucks per, and you lose 100 if you lose, but they are fun as hell.

personally i hate some of the visual stuff they force you to put on your cars in order to advance, so i just dump them all on the hummer to unlock magazines, instead of putting them on my main car....

Like what? All the advancement is done by finding hidden garages that are not marked on your map already.

either the dvd's or the magazines..... you have to have those done in order to complete your sponsors...
and you get more money from races if you have a higher visual rating, don't you? those damn vinyls and blings and shit are so ugly

I really dont know? Some of the features are abit confusin. Like the points you get for "Avoiding accidents" & "Drafting" what exactly are those points and how do they help you. It seems to me that the only way to get extra points is to completly blow the other drivers away during races. I dont think the whole visual rating thing works the way that EA claim, but i dont have the instruction manual(the cat ate it ).

avoiding accidents, power sliding and drafting will fill up your nos bar magically

Ahhhhhhhhhh, thats what i 1st thought, but then dismissed it, but it makes perfect sense, thanks for clearing that up mate.

Has anybody tuned there car, if so, what kind of results have you gotten.

i love being able to refill nos now, helps a ton. i also like how you can overfill it and basicly double its size. usually once a race starts i let the comp take the lead and then i draft for awhile then i shoot out past them and i instantly got a maxed nos bar.

How much percent of the game has everyone done, and no cheats

I've done 24 % of the game and have played it quite a bit, seems to be a long way to go.

Blockbuster still doesnt have it and i'm still waiting, they have it for XBox but not PS2
I might check Wal*Mart to see if they have it in and just buy it, because you guys have given alot of positive reasons to do so

It took me awhile to find it, but im 21% complete. Which is good cos thought i was alot further on than that. Im gonna stick with it and try to actually finish this one as i didnt compete the 1st game.

I had alot of trouble completing the 1st one too, I gave up as i got to like 106/111 or something like that
