Yes, I do announce the new roster updates in two forums, though the one in NLSC Roster Patch Issues is intended to be a support thread for the current version, while the one in Announcements is just an announcement (though I also take suggestions that are posted in the announcement thread) since not everyone reads the Roster Patch forum.

Wouldn't that be why everyone posts in multiple forums? In order to get their message seen by the most people possible?
