Ah Hah, i know the song, its sampled all the time. Its in New Jack City with Wesley Snipes, also Charlie Baltimore(Not the 1 from TLKG) but the female rapper covered the track on her debut album!

It's in the song "Meal ticket" with "Tone Del clicc" but they probably just stole it from the original which I don't who is.
