RollerCoaster Tycoon?!!

So I guess it's out on Steam this week. Loved the first 2 games. They were some of the best PC games that I have ever played. It singlehandedly caused tons of games for the next 5 years or so to be called "_____ Tycoon".
Charging people to use the restrooms? No problem!

I remember playing some of #3 which really wasn't that great.

There is also Planet Coaster https://www.planetcoaster.com/ which looks better from the early stuff I've seen, but is doing the expensive alpha ($75) to only get serious testers. Twitch streams of it are telling though - https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Planet%20Coaster

..that said, not going to Day 1 RCTW. There is a lot of promise right now but I'm waiting on impressions/streams first....and to see how the modding turns out
