don't know if I should post this but I decided to paste to inform the NLSC about this problem?

NLSC banned me without giving me a chance to explain myself and i don't know why in the hell did i want a 2K12 piracy..i didn't post anything stupid in the said forum or post a cracked/patched whatsoever but still the banned me..I guess they just want to banned random people.. Well F***You admins,i got my own site (NBASpot.com) we are family here and we support each other unlike your site that all you do guys is criticized each member and look/wait to made a mistake kick them out.

the problem is that he lives in the Philippines...no, seriously it is

only his IP is banned, when we ban someone we take out the username. Since he has a dynamic IP address, his ISP assigned him an IP that has been banned by some other member's stupidity, and not due to anything he did.

if he wants to shoot one of us an email, or contact the "Board Administrator", like it says on the ban, we can take care of that IP ban, or he can reset his modem and get a new IP and log on without issues.

For sure.

Given the circumstances, if he wants to contact us and be civil about it, we can rectify the situation. Generally speaking, posting on behalf of banned members or otherwise causing a public fuss is against the rules, but since he's not actually banned the situation is admittedly little different. A civil email is all it takes to clear these things up, though.

Clearly a misunderstanding. But handling the situation immaturely & cursing is not of course the clear solution here. I say we don't lift is ban 'cause after all he did say some "not pretty" stuff about the community.

Also, hope to not get off-topic. But who is this Rose guy? I thought that site was his?

This wasn't anything up for discussion, he's not banned (on purpose) and if he get a new IP address, or contacts one of us, he is welcome back. We appreciate criticism of the forum and the NLSC as a whole, so saying something "not pretty" is not grounds for a ban, as long as it is constructive.
