Winrar Problem

i'm having some problem extracting some files, i got a message "CRC failed error" i have this file burn in disc for a long time now and having no problem extracting those files before, so is there a way to somehow extract those files? the format i used is .viv then i compress it to rar format, i already used the latest winrar version and still having the same error, then shift again to my 3.5 version and still having the same result. anyone knows how to solve it?

Try copy-pasting your zip file from the disc to your desktop and then unzip it there instead of unzipping the file straight from the disc.

Try 7-zip. I used to have those problems with winrar from time to time, now I only use 7-zip to extract.
