Yeah, I think its possible, but it could also be a case of BS. Just like half life 2 at E3 all those years ago with the so-called unscripted AI kicking in the door when a leak later revealed that it was completely scripted.
I believe what I have read in the comments. Today games just don't take advantage of high performance videocards right now. Apparently it took 3 top of the line videocards in sli to run that un real time.
The question is, how many games will license the engine and also take full advantage of its capabilities?
