Photography Anyone?

Kathryn did a semester of Art school for photography when she first went to college and kept it as a hobby rather than a job. So she has a nice Rebel (that I got her) and a Cybershot that I get to use and today we went on one of our hikes here in Vermont and brought the cameras.

She says even though she takes better pictures (which is true) I have a lot more fun than her taking them. I end up with a few hundred with the philosophy that few have to come out decent.

Well, today I was playing with the ISO functions and captured this beauty that I wanted to share.cough-morelikebragamirite



Getting an 8x10 in the morning and if its good she said I could put it on the refrigerator!!!!.....or framed with her pictures


anyway, I did saturate the moss a bit and shadowed it, but here is the original

So, what do you guys think? Anyone else take photos or are you all photoshop? (GIMP is better)

Definitely a fan of the photography, I have some pictures in my dA gallery (link's in my sig).
Really wish I had a good camera though.

I'm interested in photography, though I don't really have the $$$ to buy one. A friend of mine owns a Nikon camera (forgot the model name) and I usually borrow the thing.
