Tony Hawk games always had the best soundtracks. Here & Now was my favorite track off the first game though. Not bothering to post vids, but I liked the Street Vol. 2 theme, "Still Alive" from Portal and the score to Resident Evil 2.

Yeah. The first Tony Hawk had the best soundtrack. I even heard some of the songs for the firs time there. The AFI song there was pretty good too.

That's a good one too, though I'd still go for Rattle Battle myself. On the subject of Donkey Kong, I didn't enjoy Donkey Kong 64 as much as I hoped I would. Not that I thought it was a bad game as such, but honestly I still prefer the DKC series on the SNES.

Andrew, The Donkey Kong Country series was amazing. I never owned Donkey Kong 64, but I did rent it plenty of times. When it comes out on the Virtual Console (which is confirmed on Wikipedia) I'm definitely buying it and playing through the story mode.

Can't do it, far too limiting. It's like picking three favorite regular songs, or three favorite foods, or three favorite games. Too limiting. Could maybe pick three songs from one game.

Andrew, The Donkey Kong Country series was amazing. I never owned Donkey Kong 64, but I did rent it plenty of times. When it comes out on the Virtual Console (which is confirmed on Wikipedia) I'm definitely buying it and playing through the story mode.

Donkey Kong 64 is a fine game in its own right. I traded it in years ago but if I came across a cheap copy on eBay (even just the cartridge, the box and manual are inconsequential) I might pick it up again. I'm not sure why I don't like it quite as much though. Perhaps it's just attachment to the DKC series on the SNES or perhaps there's just too many special abilities that need to be acquired.
