On the 1st July, arabian billionaire Mahir Shakir buyed F.C. Barcelona team from previous owner Joan Laporta. Price was like 4 billion dollars. Mahir hired Luiz Felipe Scolari to be the manager of Barca. He set the transfer budget to 1 billion dollars. Luiz Felipe Scolari as known as one of the most famous football managers in the world started to look for players. He already had stars like Lionel Messi, Xavi, Iniesta and others but it wasn't enough. He knew that he need more stars! Some football specialist told him that it isn't good when you have 11 stars on the court. Real Madrid is best example for this. But .. Luiz knew that he can put stars work together and make Barca winning team.
