assault is a misdemeanour and typically first time offenders get of with caughing up some money.
so chris "mike tyson" brown wil only have to get one less pair of earrings and he's good to go.
maybe a few hours of community service but that should be the extent of his punishment.

The Umbrella singer was then allegedly punched, assaulted and choked unconscious after trying to exit the car.

Her injuries are said to include a swollen and bruised face, bloody nose, split lip as well as bite marks on her hand and arm.

Reports say she may require plastic surgery after her eyes were so swollen she could not properly open them for police photographs.

Thats messed up, whatever she did he should've been a man and left her. Why would he do something like that and piss off his main fanbase of teenage females. Who knows how long he's going to jail and if he can ever get his image back.
