150 is still pretty damn skinny for 6-0, even if you played in a league with no physical confrontation. I say 170 min. if you don't wanna get pwned.
Oskar, you don't actually gain weight solely by doing weightlifting. It's the supplements that make you gain weight. So, yeah, while McDonald's isn't exactly healthy, you should still eat more calories than you consume if you want to gain weight. Weightlifting's only purpose is to make sure your daily-intake transforms into muscle instead of fat.
